Last Friday we announced these two features for your peace of mind as a business owner:

Auto Follow-ups feature

  • What is it? Let your AI assistant send automatic, smart follow-ups to clients, after hours, on weekends, or any time your staff is busy.
  • Why use it? Never lose a lead or leave questions unanswered. Perfect for busy seasons or when your team is offline.
  • How to get started: Enabled by default under Assistant Settings -> Capabilities

You can now see how it helps your business and stop losing leads.

Auto CSAT feature (Customer Satisfaction Surveys)

  • What is it? Automatically gather customer feedback after every new conversation. With Auto CSAT, your AI assistant will trigger a customer satisfaction (CSAT) survey right after the interaction, making it easy to capture fresh, actionable feedback in real time.
  • Why use it?
    • Quickly identify what’s working and where to improve
    • Respond to concerns before they become problems
    • Boost your service quality and customer happiness with every conversation
  • How to get started:
    This feature is enabled by default, you can manage settings under Assistant Settings -> Capabilities

Lean from your real-time CSAT for each of your conversations and start improving your client experience. This is instant customer feedback at your fingertips.
