At Zydeer LLC ("Invent", "Zydeer", "we", "us"), your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our products, services, and websites (collectively, the "Services").

Rest assured, we don't use your data to train AI models unless we clearly say so and you've agreed to it.

We may use trusted third-party subprocessors (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payments) to help deliver our Services. By continuing to use Zydeer, you consent to this use. If you do not agree, you may stop using our Services. A current list of subprocessors is available upon request.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our Services, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Note: Zydeer does not store or access any assistant, agent, or chat messsages, regardless of whether they are in "secret" mode or not. This means we cannot provide data portability or deletion for these interactions, as we never retain or have visibility into that content.

6. Lawful Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process your data based on the following lawful bases:

  • Your consent

  • Performance of a contract

  • Compliance with legal obligations

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular audits. However, no system is 100% secure, so we encourage users to take personal precautions as well.

8. Third Party Integrations

We may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google, OpenAI) to enhance functionality. When you use these integrations, the following applies:

  • Any information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
  • We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  • We do not use your data to train AI models unless explicitly stated and agreed upon.

9. Use of AI Tools

If you use Zydeer's AI Tools (assistants, copilots, agents, etc.), your inputs and outputs are processed only to provide the requested functionality. Rest assured, we don't use your data to train AI models, unless we clearly say so and you've agreed to it.

If you connect your own models or third-party accounts, you retain full ownership and control. Zydeer acts only as an intermediary and does not claim any rights over your data, prompts, models, or outputs.

We do not use Client Project content or user-submitted data from custom agreements for any purpose beyond the scope of that agreement.

10. Children

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of such data, we delete it promptly.

11. International Users & GDPR Compliance

If you are accessing our Services from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and stored in the U.S. We comply with applicable international data protection regulations, including the GDPR.

We act as a data processor or controller depending on the context of data collection. Clients requiring Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) may request them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated policy.

13. Data Retention

We take data retention seriously and implement the following practices:

  • We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide the services.
  • All data is deleted, anonymized or otherwise disposed of at the end of its retention period, especially when it relates to personal data.
  • Appropriate controls are implemented to prevent records from loss, destruction or falsification during their retention period.
