Send audio messages from the Inbox
Some answers are faster to say than to type. Now your team can record an audio message right in the Inbox and send it to your customer's WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram or Slack.
Voice also makes support more accessible: some customers find long texts hard to read, and some team members find typing hard. We've got you.
How to send an audio message
- Open a chat in the
Inbox. When the message box is empty, the send button shows a microphone. - Click the microphone and talk.
- Click send when you're done. The customer gets it as a voice message in their app.
Want to check it first? Pause to listen back, then keep recording, send it, or delete it and start again. Audio works in replies only. Private notes for your team stay text.
Easier sub-organizations
Agencies and teams with several brands use a sub-organization for each client or brand: a separate account inside your main organization.

- Add your team. Pick people who are already in your main organization and add them to a client account.
