Conversations count in surprising waysTest conversations in the emulator count. A conversation spanning two months counts twice. Every anonymous visitor session counts separately.
The good parts sit high upSSO, the voice channel and data residency are Enterprise contracts. Routing rules, roles and team analytics need Team at $939 a month.
