Refund Policy

1. Digital Products / Subscriptions

  • Refunds are eligible within 14 days of purchase if:

    • You're not satisfied, not questions asked.

    • The product was not used or accessed meaningfully.

    • You experienced a technical issue we couldn't resolve.

    • You were charged in error or doubled-billed.

Please note: We're not able to process refunds for change of mind or if the product has been used beyond any trial or preview period.

2. Service Credits / Prepaid Plans

  • All prepaid credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless required by law.

  • Credits expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within [5-10 business days] back to the original payment method.

4. EU/UK Customers

You have the right to cancel and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
