TL;DR:
- Outlook is now a channel
Connect a mailbox and your assistant answers customer emails from your knowledge base, in the same thread, alongside Gmail. - OneDrive and SharePoint join Actions
Search files by name or content, share the link, download, upload, update, delete, and create folders, mid-conversation. - A better inbox for your team
Private notes inside the conversation, a rebuilt composer with AI replies On, Paused, or Off, and monthly spending limits.
Friday again. This week email joined the channels your assistant answers on, your files came within reach, and the inbox got three things your team asked for.
Outlook is now a channel
Every business has a mailbox that hurts: support@, info@, bookings@. Connect it and your assistant reads each email, answers from your knowledge base in the same thread, and hands the ones that need a person to your team in the Inbox, with the whole history attached. Gmail has worked this way for a while; Outlook now gets the same treatment.

One card, one button. The mailbox connects with your Microsoft sign-in.
To set it up, choose your assistant, go to Channels, select Outlook, and sign in with the Microsoft account that owns the mailbox. Our Outlook guide has fifteen jobs to hand it first, from quote requests to invoice follow-ups.
OneDrive joins Actions
Your assistant can now reach your files. The OneDrive Action set is Search Files, Get File, Download File, Upload File, Update File, Delete File, and Create Folder. A customer asks for the price list on WhatsApp, the assistant searches by name or content and answers with the link. The assistant writes a summary, it lands in the folder you named.

Seven actions: find it, fetch it, put it back, tidy up.
Delete File moves to the recycle bin, never the void. The OneDrive and SharePoint guide covers setup and eleven everyday uses.
SharePoint too
Teams that keep documents in SharePoint sites get the same seven file actions on their company libraries. SharePoint needs a Microsoft 365 plan; a personal Microsoft account connects OneDrive but not SharePoint.

Same verbs on the company library.
Private notes inside the conversation
Leave a note for your team right in the thread. Switch the composer from Reply to Note, write, and it shows up in the conversation for your teammates. The customer never sees it.

Notes live where the conversation lives, and stay on your side of it.
The inbox composer, rebuilt
One click sets AI replies for the conversation: On answers every message, Paused stays quiet while your team handles it, Off stops responding to this contact until you turn it back on. Emojis are in the composer now, and starting to type takes the conversation over, with no button to press.

On, Paused, or Off, per conversation, one click.
Spending limits
Monthly limits on what each organization and assistant can spend. Set one for the whole organization, one for all assistants, or a cap on a single assistant, and they reset on the 1st of each month. Under Settings, look for Spending limits.

A cap for the organization, a cap for each assistant, reset on the 1st.
A friendly WhatsApp reminder: 12 days left
If your WhatsApp is connected to Invent, you are on the API and this applies to you. Add a payment method to your WhatsApp Business Account by September 30 and your number keeps answering on October 1. It is also what broadcasts need to go out, so if you see an error when you send one, this is probably the fix. Our step-by-step guide shows every click, and the first 1,000 replies a month per number stay free.
Why it matters
Email is where customers expect a full answer on the record, and now the assistant gives one, in Outlook as well as Gmail. With OneDrive and SharePoint, the answer can carry the document too. And the inbox changes are the small ones that matter every day: a note your teammate sees, one click to step in, and a bill that stays where you set it.
With love,
