Suppression List
Import emails or phone numbers in bulk into a global suppression list. Bounces, spam complaints, and unsubscribes are added automatically, and suppressed contacts never receive broadcasts or automated messages. Inbox replies are not affected: if they write to you, you can still answer.

Webhooks now fire for major events, with special care for the negative ones: block, unsubscribe, suppressed. Point them at any endpoint under Settings → Webhooks and your CRM or stack stays in sync the moment a customer opts out.

OpenAI's GPT-5.6 family is live in Invent, right as OpenAI cut its prices: Luna by 80 percent and Terra by 20. Terra is the balanced option for everyday work.
