TL;DR:
- See everything your AI does: a full analytics panel, built into your assistants, with dedicated tabs for Conversations, Broadcasts, Audience and Usage.
- Real outcomes, not vanity metrics: resolution rate, CSAT, where every conversation ends up, your busiest days and hours, and your channel mix.
- Broadcast Insights: see how your broadcasts actually landed, not only that they went out.
- Gemini 3.7 Flash: Google's fast, capable new model, with a 1M-token context, now selectable for your assistants.
This Friday: New Analytics, Broadcast Insights & Gemini 3.7 Flash. Here is batch #32.

Your new Analytics: what your assistants actually did, in one place.
New Analytics
A full analytics panel now lives inside your assistants, with dedicated tabs for Conversations, Broadcasts, Audience and Usage, and a date range and grain you control, from the last 24 hours by the hour to the last year by month.
The Conversations tab answers the questions that matter: how many conversations came in, how many the AI resolved on its own, how many went to a human, how fast they closed, and how customers rated them. The Outcomes view shows where every conversation truly ended up, resolved by the AI or handed to your team, so "resolved" means resolved, not merely deflected. And the Peak hours view shows exactly when your customers reach out, which is usually not nine-to-five. We wrote a full guide with real data: Chatbot Analytics Dashboard for Conversational AI.

Peak hours: see exactly when your customers reach out, so you can cover the spikes.
Broadcast Insights
The Broadcasts tab turns your campaigns from a guess into a number. Instead of only knowing a broadcast went out, you can see how it actually landed and how people engaged, so you learn which messages work and send better ones next time.

Broadcast Insights: follow each campaign from sent to delivered to opened, recipient by recipient.
Gemini 3.7 Flash
Google's newest fast model is now available for your assistants. Gemini 3.7 Flash brings a 1M-token context window, multimodal input across text, images, documents, audio, and video, and strong speed at a low cost, a great default for high-volume support. Pick it any time in your model selector, or leave your assistant on Auto and let it choose.

Gemini 3.7 Flash: 1M-token context, multimodal, fast, and selectable today.
More under the hood
- Usage tab: see your assistant spend over time. On the Enterprise plan, the Usage tab also breaks spend down by model and logs every charge, what your assistant did and what each step cost.
- Audience tab: track total contacts, new contacts, unsubscribes, and blocks, so you can watch list health from the same panel.
Why it matters
Until now, your assistants did the work and you mostly hoped it was going well. With the new Analytics, you can see it: what got resolved, how customers felt, when demand hits, and where it costs. Add Gemini 3.7 Flash and Broadcast Insights, and this week is about running your AI on evidence instead of instinct.
Open Analytics in your assistant, pick your date range, and see what your AI has really been doing.
With love,
