#17: Message Edit, Zoho Booking/Calendar & Revamps
Blog/Changelog/#17: Message Edit, Zoho Booking/Calendar & Revamps

Today we have great news for Zoho users and different user experience updates we did across all the platform.

Message Editing & Deletion: Now in the Web Widget!

Edit or delete messages directly within your Invent Web Widget for precise, real-time conversational control.

Note: Editing and deletion for external channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) are limited by platform APIs, but we’re ready to support as soon as they allow! Disabled “Edit” buttons and tooltips will clarify channel capabilities, and deletion removes messages from your Invent Inbox (not from the user’s chat).
A screenshot of a chat message in the Invent web widget. The message is highlighted in blue and reads, “You can upload an invoice or any related document.” A profile picture appears to the right. A context menu is open with options to “Edit Message” or “Delete Message” in red, indicating that users can modify or remove their sent messages. The background is dark with a soft pink and purple gradient.

You can now edit or delete your messages directly in the Invent web chat widget. Just click the three dots next to your sent message to update or remove it—making every conversation easy to manage and correct!

Expanded Zoho Integrations

Invent now supports:

  • Zoho Bookings: Manage appointments (think Cal.com, Calendly alternatives)
  • Zoho Calendar: Organize business events (Google Calendar alternative)
  • Zoho Inventory: Sync inventory and orders (like WooCommerce, Shopify, but for Zoho users)

Power up your workflows by connecting bookings, schedules, and inventory with your Conversational AI.

A screenshot from Invent’s integrations page shows four Zoho integrations: Zoho CRM (create, read, update, delete records), Zoho Bookings (manage appointments), Zoho Inventory (manage items, contacts, sales orders, and invoices), and Zoho Calendar (manage events and calendars). Each integration has a “Connect” button beside it. The interface uses a dark theme with a soft pink-purple gradient background.

Zoho integrations are now available in Invent! Connect Zoho CRM, Bookings, Inventory, and Calendar to manage your business workflows, all from one place.

Assistant Builder: Better actions management

Building powerful AI Assistants is now easier!

  • Actions are grouped by integration type for clarity
  • Add multiple actions with a lightning-fast search

Boost productivity and maintain a tidy workflow with our enhanced actions view.

A dashboard interface in Invent shows a list of 9 actions organized by category, such as Tools, Odoo CRM, and WooCommerce. Actions include options like HTTP Request, Web Search, Search Leads, Upload Attachment, Create/Update Opportunity, Search Products, Search Customers, and Get Coupon. Each action has a toggle switch to enable or disable it, and a blue “Add Action” button appears at the top right. The UI uses a dark theme with purple and blue accents.

Manage and organize actions in Invent, enable, disable, or add integrations (like Odoo CRM and WooCommerce) with a single click for streamlined workflows.

New Health status in Assistants list

Identify failing or missing integrations right from your Assistants list. Resolve issues at-a-glance and keep all AI Assistants running at peak performance.

A section from the Invent assistant list showcases connection health for different assistants. “Customer Service” has a tooltip showing Gmail: Missing connection and HubSpot: Missing connection, with related icons. “CRM Assistant” displays an orange warning icon and integration icons for Messenger, Gmail, Instagram, WhatsApp, and HubSpot. “Drive Bot” is also listed, with a calendar icon next to it. The interface uses a dark theme with a light gradient background.

Check the health status of your assistants in Invent—view which integrations are missing connections or facing issues at a glance, making troubleshooting fast and easy.

Connections settings Revamp

Enjoy a refreshed “Connections” page for managing all integrations, from Cal.com and Gmail to GoHighLevel and beyond.

A redesigned “Connections” settings panel in Invent displays connected integrations in a clear, organized list. Integrations like Cal.com, GoHighLevel, Gmail, Shopify, and Telegram show statuses (Active or Inactive), associated accounts/emails, and an “Edit” button for each connection. The left navigation highlights the Connections tab, and there are prominent buttons for adding new connections or viewing documentation. The UI has a dark theme with color-coded statuses and a modern layout.

Invent’s connections settings have been revamped, view all your integrations and their statuses (Active/Inactive) at a glance and easily edit or add connections from a streamlined dashboard.
