1. Create CSV & PDF with File actions

Managing your business data just became effortless with the following actions:

  • Create CSV files
  • Generate PDFs from HTML
  • Download files directly
A sleek UI card labeled “Files” displays three automation actions for an AI assistant: “Create CSV” (create a CSV file from structured data), “Create PDF from HTML” (create a PDF from raw HTML or a website URL), and “Download File” (download a file from an external URL). Each action is accompanied by a document icon and a “Files” button, with a soft pink-and-purple gradient background.

With these straightforward file actions—creating CSVs, generating PDFs from HTML, and downloading files—your AI assistant at Invent can now automate everyday business tasks, streamlining workflows with just a click.

With these simple actions, your AI assistant can now help you automate everyday business tasks like:

  • Receipts
  • Reports
  • Confirmations
  • Supply orders
  • Preparing customer lists
  • Converting reports into shareable formats
  • Organizing important business data

Where to find these actions?
Look for the new file options under ActionsFiles

A modern UI card displays a list of file-related automation actions within the Invent platform: “Create CSV,” “Create PDF from HTML,” and “Download File.” Each action appears with a document icon, description, and a “Files” button. The card sits on a soft pink-to-purple gradient background.

You can find these file automation actions in the “Files” under Actions, just look for the Files icon to create CSVs, generate PDFs, or download files directly from your chat workspace.

2. Custom OAuth 2.0 Credentials for seamless & secure integrations

No more manual re-authentication! Our Custom OAuth 2.0 Credentials feature keeps your business tools connected and updated automatically. You’ll save time, avoid repeated logins, and ensure your workflows run uninterrupted, all with the highest security standards. You can find this under your Org Settings,-> Connections -> Add Connection-> HTTP Credentials.
You can also connected through Actions -> HTTP Request, under the Connection field.

A modal window labeled “HTTP Credentials” shows a form for creating a secure connection via OAuth 2.0 (Client Credentials) in Invent. Fields include Connection Name (optional), Authentication Type (OAuth 2.0), Token URL, Client ID, Client Secret, and Scope. The UI is modern with a soft pink and purple background fade.

Invent supports automatic token refresh for secure integrations: just set up OAuth 2.0 client credentials with your Token URL, Client ID, and Secret. The platform will handle token renewal behind the scenes, so your connections stay authenticated—no manual intervention required.

3. Anthropic Model Improvements, up to 60% more cheaper

Certain tasks and file creations are now up to 60% cheaper and more efficient, helping you get more value from your assistant while reducing overhead.
