Runs you can trust and follow

Routines work while nobody is watching, and every run stays on record.

Same chat or a fresh one

Every run can continue the same chat and see what came before, or start empty.

Routines of your own

Set a private routine on a schedule or an app event. Each run opens a chat only you can see.

Set one up by asking

Tell the chat "every Monday at 9, send me last week's numbers" and it creates the routine for you.

Every run on record

Open any run to see what it did, step by step, or join it and steer.

Pair it with Agents

Give each routine an agent and the tools it needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a routine?

A routine decides when an agent starts work by itself. Each start is a run: a chat that your team can open, join and steer.

How does Autopilot decide when to run?

At the end of each run, the agent picks its next run, anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 days away, and leaves itself a note for it. If it forgets, it checks in again after 24 hours.

Which apps can start a run?

New emails in Gmail and Outlook, new, changed or cancelled events in Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, new or changed files in Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint, and new or changed rows in Google Sheets.

How does the webhook work?

Each agent gets a private web address. When another app sends a request to it, with text and up to 10 files, a new run starts with that as its first message. You can change the address at any time.

Does a routine wait for my approval?

No. Nobody is watching a routine run, so it never waits. Give the agent only the tools it should use. When a decision is yours to make, it asks one yes or no question and picks up again after your answer.

How many routines can I have?

Each agent can have up to 10 routines, and each member up to 10 private ones. The total for your organization depends on your plan.

When can I use Routines?

Heute. Öffne einen beliebigen Agent und füge eine Routine hinzu: Autopilot, einen Zeitplan, einen Webhook oder ein App-Ereignis.
