We’re excited to share what’s new and live for all of you.

SMS Messaging Channel

You asked for easier ways to stay in touch, and we’ve delivered!

Now, your AI Assistant can reach anyone via SMS, even those using basic phones without internet access. That makes support and conversation possible anytime, anywhere, no fancy smartphone required. Setting up is simple: just connect your SMS Channel and you’ll be ready to serve your customers instantly.

Facebook Messenger Channel

We know lots of your customers are chatting on Facebook Messenger, and now, so can your AI Assistant!

Deliver real-time help and engaging conversation, no matter which platform your customers prefer. With a quick connection, your team and your customers can start chatting on Messenger, unlock new support workflows, and never miss a message.
