# Invent Pricing

## Plans

| Pay As You Go | Free | 100 free messages per month, all core features. Usage beyond the free tier is billed per use. |
| Business | $29 / month | $29 of included usage per month (same rates as Pay As You Go), plus custom domain, white-label ("remove Powered by"), audit logs, sub-organizations, Slack support, and larger knowledge storage. Usage above $29 is billed at the same rates. |
| Enterprise | Custom | 99.9% uptime SLA, 24/7 priority support, a dedicated account manager, monthly invoicing, and volume discounts. |

All plans share the same per-message, per-search, and per-broadcast rates. Plans differ only in what is included and which features are unlocked.

## Messages (usage-based)

Billed per message. The "Auto" model (the recommended default, which picks a model per message) is about $0.004 per message with prompt caching. Lighter models can be up to 10x cheaper; premium reasoning models cost more. Cost depends on the model, response and instruction length, media processing, and actions triggered.

Typical monthly cost on the Auto model:

Prompt caching is enabled on every supported model: the first message in a conversation costs slightly more, and consecutive messages cost less.

## Knowledge

- Indexing: about $0.0005 per chunk (a chunk is ~350 to 400 words), charged once at upload. A 10-page document is about $0.007; a 100-page help center is about $0.07.
- Search: about $0.0005 per search. Identical searches are cached free for 2 hours across the whole organization.

## Broadcasts

Invent adds a small per-message fee. Your own provider (Twilio, Meta, SendGrid) bills delivery separately.

## Billing

- Payments are processed via Stripe; all major credit cards are accepted.
- Monthly spending limit: set a cap between $0 and $100,000. Billable operations pause when the cap is reached.
- Auto-recharge: automatically top up when the balance dips below a threshold (defaults: $10 threshold, $10 recharge).
- Free usage (100 messages per month) applies to one organization per account.
